Journal Jots
Journal Jots are what I call these one page journaling exercises. I create them whenever I feel like doing something fun but not something too deep. (you know how journaling can get really deep.) So I make these and then leave them to fill in, and color in, later on when I am ready to be in a "reflective" mood about life. Here is one of the Journal Jots I created, its called "I want". I filled it in with markers after writing all the stuff down that i wanted at that particular moment. Here is what I wrote: "I want to paint masterpieces with crayons and markers... draw moon and stars with glitter and glue sticks... make purple cats sitting on sunny hillsides overlooking salmon pink rivers... redraw the whole world from scratch... play Viggo's album while painting his toenails... create Dante's Inferno with torn magazine pages and old newspapers... spend a whole week filling up all the art journals in the universe... swallow all the colors of the rainbow... catch rays of sunlight on wax paper and melt into them." I will add more Journal Jots each week, so I hope you stop back, download my fun and creative exercises, and make your own beautiful masterpieces with their help. Also, these are original drawings and exercises by me, so please don't post them on any websites, sell them, or publish them. (Ps. feel free to post YOUR FINISHED ONES anywhere you want, just not the original ones.) thanks.
