Self-Hypnosis for Self Improvement
Although some might not consider self-hypnosis an art healing form, I believe that it is. First of all, hypnosis uses the visual side of our brains. When doing hypnosis, whether by yourself or with a hypnotherapist, the most fundamental thing you must do is VISUALIZE. In other words, you must use your imagination to create an image in your mind, or to conjure up places and or events that you know.
Also, when creating self-hypnosis tapes, you must be able to write creatively, putting down on paper the scenery and descriptions that will help your mind fall into a deep state of hypnosis and once there, mentally see the places and events that you would like to focus on during your session.
In fact, visualizing and self-hypnosis are the building blocks of artists and any one else who creates anything in this world. Anything that is created on this plane is first created in our conscious. An artist first visualizes the artwork, dreaming about the concept, color, feeling, tone, and so on. After creating a picture of his artwork in his mind, he then begins to make it a reality.
This is how all things are created, by first visualizing it, and then manifesting it into reality. Learning about and using self-hypnosis can literally change your reality, making your goals and dreams come true by giving your mind a picture and goal to focus on and work toward.
